I am a bit of a vitamin fanatic. I have tried all different brands (cheap to expensive- organic to not) over the last 3 years. When I started my weightloss journey I discovered how important vitamins are. If you are vitamin deficent it is harder to loose weight.
I honestly believe in a good regiment.
Right now I am taking Advocare vitamins. One of my favorite things about them are the convient packs they come in.
I throw them in my bag and I have no excuse to not take them.
Over a month ago I did Advocare’s 24 day challenge. It started off with a cleanse (another thing I love!) With all the fiber packed goodness the kit includes a probiotic. Holy cow instantly I realized how much that little gem does for my stomach! I re-ordered my vitamins late and went 6 days without a probiotic and I defiantly noticed the difference. I was back to feeling all bloaty after eating anything so I was excited when my vitamins arrived.
A big thing to remember when taking vitamins is WATER WATER WATER! Recent studies have shown an increase of kidney stones (ouch!) with people taking vitamins and not drinking water to flush it through their system… and it needs to be flushed through your system to get the full benefits of the vitamins!! So remeber to drink your water!!
