This morning I have sat around
being lazy reading inspiring blogs to get inspirated! I have compeletly lost my motivation…. and I really beed to find it! This past week has been a total bust, and I haven’t worked out AT ALL!
This week we are going backpacking for the 4th of July. The place we wanted to go is still covered in snow, so we picked somewhere lower and easier. It is 1.5 miles which will be easier for the kiddos. But I am worried about myself. UHG! What a week can do 😦
MY KICK IN THE BUTT:
1. Start getting up at 5am
2. Plan what I will be eating before hand
3. Workout and hr a day
I’m really excited about hiking this week. I’m sure it will give me the boost I need to get back on track!
