Starting over…. AGAIN!

So after starting over again in December, and doing oh so well.  I fell off the wagon these past 5 days.  Well, I shouldn’t say fell off… I was hanging on.  For the last 2 and a half weeks I have went dairy and gluten free.  I have felt amazing!!!  For the first time in a LONG time, I felt good going to bed and waking up, which I hadn’t been the last 1/2 year or so.  All was going well until Wednesday when that sneaky monthly aunt flow showed up 12 days early (ya I should  probably get that checked).  I was caught so off guard, that I started slipping; Friday was when the gluten went bye-bye.  With all my kids and hubby being lactose and intolerant, dairy-free is pretty much an easy lifestyle to keep.  

Last night was pure misery!!!  Before bed I ate a piece of my mother-in-laws birthday cake (my second piece of the day) with almond dream ice cream.  Oh how my stomach hurt soooo bad.  I have no one to blame but myself and I kept saying this to myself all night.  This morning I woke up and swore to myself that I am going to keep up my gluten-free lifestyle since obviously it is the source of my problems.  I plan on keeping this blog going to keep myself accountable for my actions.

My workout plan for this week:

Monday- Zumba

Tuesday- Jog 1 mile/ weights

Wednesday- Zumba (if I can get to class) or Jog 1 mile/ weights 

Thursday- Yoga

Friday- Zumba

Saturday- Jog 1 mile/ weights

Sunday- Rest

My goals this year are to run a 5k and win the zumba challenge I signed up for that ends at the end of March.
