Today’s run was tough! Look at them hills… they are getting easier so that makes me happy! I need to learn to better pace myself –

My program this week is run 4 minutes walk 1 minute. Even my running buddies pooped out on me today!
Breakfast: Paleo Oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken salad on romaine lettuce with sprouts and carrots
Snack: Soft Paleo granola with coconut kefir
Dinner: Elk Steak with jalapeno pesto, yam chips, and salad with homemade creamy italian dressingHow pretty is that dinner!?! Okay, the plate could use some jazzing up.. but I’m tired of dishes! The Jalapeno Pesto is sooooo dang good. I will without a doubt use it again soon! On the steak it was okay, but with some chicken it would be Amazballs!
